Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Provide insightful analysis and financial recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to CFO and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow projections and manage working capital to ensure operational needs are met.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Develops a strategy and executes foreign currency hedging
• Prepare annual financial documents for the audit.
• Coordinate with suppliers for reconciliations, confirm construction progress and equipment status with vendors, and manage other related tasks to ensure audit readiness.
• Review and approve all remittance and payroll requests.
• Ensure timely payments each month to avoid delays.
• Organize the workflow for remittance requests as needed.
• Develop and implement a cost accounting system.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to establish the system effectively.
• Provide detailed analyses and reports on costs incurred at the plant.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Review and approve all journal entries for accurate recording.
• Handling of Tax compliance
• Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion plans.
• Conduct financial due diligence and integrate financial operations post-acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred .
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
