manage day to day finance and accounting operations for the entities, including managing outsourced partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactional financial and accounting related activities and treasury tasks.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and perform month end related activities relating to the Record-to-report process, financial reporting requirements to ensure that it is in accordance with the local GAAP and USGAAP requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for foreign currency reporting and treasury related activities and banking related issues management.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the company\'s tax obligations and ensure timely payments.
- Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all financial transactions.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for management of relationship management with outsourcing service provider
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
