About our client: Our client is a leading retailer of gas and fuel products.

About the role:

Ensures timely and accurate month end and year end closing of entity book, and analyze any material variances.
Prepare management reports, consolidated financial statements, quarterly board meeting material, announcement and statutory reports including draft audited financial statements in accordance to financial reporting standards, Singapore Exchange and statutory requirements.
Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretary.
Handling of tax reporting, including GST reporting and corporate tax filing
Involved in ERP implementation.
Cashflow Managements
Ensuring that entities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
Any other ad hoc assignments or projects.

About you:

Candidates must possess a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or related professional qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Consolidation and audit experience are required.
Responsible, excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated and meticulous
Ability to work independently and with initiative.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
