My client is a key Real Estate leader looking to hire a motivated finance talent with SGX reporting experience - it is essential to be strong in financial reporting and familiar with the latest accounting standards.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant, Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting
- Must have SGX reporting experience, and a bonus to have MAS reporting exposure
- Prior Audit exposure can be advantageous
- Required: Strong in Financial Reporting and familiar with latest accounting standards
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants, proficient in Mandarin as this position is required to review financial statements written in Chinese
Job Scope
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for Group consolidation, financial reporting, group budgeting, tax, audit as well as compliance and internal control matters. You will manage consolidation spreadsheets, review submissions from entities across the group, evaluate impact of new FRS (where applicable) on the Group\'s results, as well as prepare SGX results announcement, support analytical review of variances and manage MAS quarterly and annual submissions. You will work closely with the finance operations team in ensuring accurate, efficient and timely submission of Group results.
You will monitor and keep yourself up to date on new accounting standards and procedures, and be a subject matter expert in advising and updating internal departments on compliance to new statutory requirements.
