Job Description
Our client is a Global Real Estate MNC, they are looking for Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysing market and business insights.
- Responsible for supporting business on financial modelling for business proposal and decision making
- Conduct monthly analysis on financial results and provide supporting insights on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
- Responsible for annual budgeting process, analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts of business.
- Coordinate and liaise with different business units on key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- Prepare presentations for higher management
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
- Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, CPA/ACCA will be added bonus
- Min 8 years of relevant experience in commercial and at least 3 years in external audit.
- Min 4 years of experience in managerial role.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills will be desired
