Job Description

Our client is a Real Estate MNC, one of the leading players in the Real Estate sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant Leasing Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing/securing tenants who are able to fit into the desired tenant mix
• Responsible for the improvement/maintenance of good landlord-tenant relationships
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the respective tenants allocated
• Responsible for maximizing/achieving the optimum occupancy and desired tenant mix as targeted
• In charge of conducting meetings with the respective tenants to understand their business needs and goals, engaging with them to understand their business performance and expansion plans
• In charge of the liaison with tenants with regards to all operational and leasing matters (eg. Complaints and operational feedback)
• In charge of handling the requests/enquiries regarding the usage of promotional spaces, push carts etc, leasing them out in accordance with the standard procedures
• In charge of managing and negotiating the terms of lease management and administration with the current/potential tenants
• In charge of ensuring that the property taxes levied are in line with committed rentals as required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Property and Real Estate Management / Business Administration or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
