Finance Manager (real Estate)
Job Description
The Company Our client is a leader in the real estate industry in Singapore and are keen to hire a Finance Manager that has audit experience and is strong in financial accounting and reporting. The Role Reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance matters, inclusive of financial reporting, statutory reporting, and management reporting in accordance with FRS standards as well as group reporting standards. You will also be supporting the business in financial analysis matters, such as budgeting and forecasting, and will also be required to liaise with external stakeholders (inclusive of tax agents and auditors). You will also act as a business partner with various departments to work together to improve processes and increase efficiency. Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CA)
- External audit + Commercial experience
- Proficient in FRS
- Strong in financial accounting and reporting
- Experience in SGX reporting, group reporting or consolidation will be a plus
- Traits: Hands-on, meticulous, hardworking, strong communication skills, adaptable and positive attitude
- People manager experience will be a plus
