Job Description

• Supervise and manage daily financial and accounting operating activities including inventory management for entities in Singapore, Indonesia and Guinea
• Facilitate the review and approval of payments as per the authorisation matrix
• Lead, support and provide guidance to Accountants and Accounts Executives to ensure monthly reports (financial and management), audit schedules and other ad hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately
• Prepare and provide insightful analysis of financial statements to support decision making and strategic planning of the commercial and operation teams
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting and cashflow reports
• Involve in financial modelling for new projects and other related FP&A work
• Manage and facilitate all audits and compliance work
• Coordinate with local tax authorities and government agencies on tax and corporate related matters
• Involve and participate in other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on accounting and management experience. Prior experience in managing teams in various geographies and across different cultures is a plus
• Meticulous, reliable and collaborative team player who can work independently under tight deadline with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate professionally and actively manage all stakeholders
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Business Central or other accounting software.
• Knowledge and experience in Indonesian and Guinean tax regulations will be an advantage.
