We're seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our Southeast Asia footprint. With an annual turnover of approximately USD 77 million, this role is pivotal in driving operational finance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities

Lead AP/AR cycles with precision, ensuring timely payments, collections, and reconciliations. Manage inventory valuation, costing, and stock aging to support operational and financial goals. Align purchasing decisions with budget controls, PO tracking, and supplier finance discipline. Drive monthly and annual financial reporting with full compliance and audit readiness Collaborate closely with operations to embed financial insights into daily execution. Lead and mentor the finance team while contributing to strategy and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

5-8 years of experience in finance roles, ideally within retail or wholesale distribution Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to lead teams and work hands-on across operational finance functions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
