Job Description

Manage the full spectrum of finance operations including accounting, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, treasury, and cash flow.

Draft and prepare accurate financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with Operations and Centre Leaders to track and monitor financial performance against budgets.

Review and monitor petty cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, corporate tax, and other relevant filings.

Strengthen and implement internal controls and financial policies across all entities and brands.

Coordinate annual audits, liaising with external auditors and implementing audit recommendations.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure resource allocation, cost control, and financial efficiency.

* Liaise with banks, tax agents, and other external stakeholders as required.
