Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, and GL functions Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to management Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, tax filings, and audit processes Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders Support business expansion projects such as new outlets, franchising, or investments Provide financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability across outlets

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CFA) Skilled in Python for financial data analysis, reporting, and automation. At least 5-8 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar) Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
