Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability, providing variance analysis and recommendations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis to optimize pricing, cost control, and inventory management. Lead the finance team and ensure strong internal controls. Support business expansion, new product launches, and investment decisions with financial insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred).

5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (experience in wholesale or IT distribution is an advantage). Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Experience in inventory financing, credit control, and supplier payment management. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
