Job Description

We are looking to hire a finance manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature.


To ensure success, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial functions of the company. Process payroll, employee expense claims, statutory contributions and government reimbursements. Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders. Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts independently. Prepare IR8A forms for employees to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability. Build up bank relationships, focusing to establish credit lines and manage trade financing with banks. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders during audits and year-end closing. Analyse the financial performance of the company and provide recommendations for improvement. Review financial procedures, internal controls, and business processes/systems to ensure effective controls are in place. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support overall financial planning and decision-making. Partner with various departments to support business growth and improve financial outcomes. Handle any ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role or a senior finance role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards. Strong communication, excellent analytical and organisational skills.
