Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Head & provide guidance to the team, oversee the operations and functions of Finance, Admin & HR;
Manage monthly financial closing, budgeting, cash flow projection and forecasting;
Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary;
Ensure validity of business licences such as BCA Contractor Licence, BizSafe Licence, ISO-45K Certification and work on the respective renewals;
Responsible for the procurement of project related insurance / bonds coverage;
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safeguard company assets;
Support departmental heads to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of systems across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience;
Ability to delegate duties and lead;
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred;
Proficient with MS Office;
Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving;
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
