JOB DESCRIPTION
Head & provide guidance to the team, oversee the operations and functions of Finance, Admin & HR;
In-charge of Malaysia subsidiary's full set of accounts;
Involve in the formulation and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure its compliance within organization;
Automate reporting processes to efficiently meet regulatory and business partner requirements;
Manage monthly financial closing, budgeting, cash flow projection and forecasting;
Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary;
Ensure validity of business licences such as BCA Contractor Licence, BizSafe Licence, ISO-45K Certification and work on the respective renewals;
Responsible for the procurement of project related insurance / bonds coverage;
Take charge of the organization's digital platform (ERP system for SME & HRMS); constantly check, adjust and assess upgrading needs to meet operating requirement over time;
Support departmental heads to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of systems across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
Ability to delegate duties and lead;
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
Proficient with MS Office;
Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
