Prepare and file GST returns
in accordance with Singapore IRAS regulations
Manage
monthly closing
and generate financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Support
audit preparation
and liaise with auditors or tax agents when needed
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and expense claims
Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and collections
Assist in budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial projections
Ensure accounting policies align with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Maintain proper documentation and digital filing for all accounting records
Collaborate remotely with the management team for periodic financial reviews
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum
3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
, preferably in Singapore
Strong understanding of
Singapore GST regulations
and statutory compliance
Proficiency in
Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online
Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines
with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
