Manage accounts payable and account receivable independently
Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
Assists in maintaining bookkeeping
Carry out month-end closing activities
Knowledge in Xero is an advantage
Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission and quarterly GST submission
And any other ad hoc HR duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations
Proficient in MS Office
Strong sense of integrity and accountability
* Able to work independently and have an eye for detail
