Job Responsibilities
The Finance Manager reports directly to the Executive Director. Key responsibilities are as follows:

Supports the Finance Executive Director

o Supervise the team

o Reviewer function

o Oversee the day-to-day operations

Financial Reporting

o Financial Close

o Financial and Management Reports

Project Life Cycle

o Project Budgeting and Reporting

o Cost Control and Tracking

o Change Management Process

o Cashflow Management

Job Requirements
Education & CertificationDegree in Finance/Accounting

ExperienceMinimum 10 years of management experience in project/construction accounting, budgeting, analysis, and finance reporting function preferably in construction and/or manufacturing

Other PrerequisitesProficient in all MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, SQL, VBA and any system automation tools Meticulous, organized, analytical, and a problem solver Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and supervision skills Positive attitude and a team player who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
