Responsibilities:

Cash management, FX, Trade finance, Banking and other treasury services.
Review and negotiate bank facilities to ensure competitive terms and pricing, and execute financing documents with bank loan drawing
Responsible for loan documentation coordination for execution,
Monitor and review loan covenants to ensure compliance with loan agreement requirements
Prepare regular reports to update on financing matters and to obtain approval
Ensure compliance with Treasury policy
Involved in organization wide and Treasury projects and other assignments required from top management

Requirements:

Degree in Business relevant like Finance management, Banking, Accounting, from a recognised university, MBA is preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant financing and cash management experience
Career in Corporate Treasury department of global enterprises is a plus
Understanding of Debt capital market, financing terms and conditions, and knowledge of the interest rate and FX products
Familiar with Bloomberg, SAP, and the experience of using some Regional financeial data platform like WIND is preferrred
Able to work independently and as a team member to make plans and deliver proper results within required timeline
Project management experience is required,
Billingual so as to liaise with Chinese counterparts
Good team player, committed, and professional work ethics
