Advise management on key business decisions and provide recommendations
Conduct yearly financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Oversee finance day to day operations and manage the team
Manage AR and AP activities
Monitor cash flow
Manage preparation of financial records such as GL, payroll, budget and expenses
Improve accounting policies and processes
Liaise with auditors
Handle all legal matters and administrative functions
Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Analytical and an eye for details
Good time management skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills\xef\xbb\xbf
