The Company

Our client is a leading private equity firm focusing on real estate investment in Asia. They are looking for Finance Manager to join them in Singapore office.

The Role

Reporting to VP Finance and working with the regional finance team on the group\'s financial reporting and management reporting on a regular, timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for consolidation, statutory financial and tax reporting to ensure compliance with internal requirement as well as accounting standards. You will ensure proper financial controls and manage financial budgets and actual financial report. You will work together with investment and portfolio management team, manage the capital call process also provide transaction support such as documentation, NAV verification reviews etc.

Your Profile

You should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in asset manager or other financial services. You should be familiar with IFRS accounting and good understanding of regional accounting standards, have strong communications skills, and able to handle different stakeholders. You should be independent, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
