Company: Long Faith Pte. Ltd. Long Faith Pte. Ltd. is a reputable family office for a distinguished technology entrepreneur. . We are seeking a diligent, experienced, and resourceful Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, and cash management. Implement the financial strategy as set by the owner.
- Annual Reporting and Compliance: Deal with vendor to prepare annual financial statements and reports. Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Tax Matters: Handle all tax planning and compliance issues. Deal with vendor to prepare tax returns and ensure prompt and accurate submission.
- Banking Relations: Manage relationships with financial service providers, open bank accounts, ensure efficient banking operations and cash management.
- Capital Calls: Administer the process of capital calls and distributions to and from investors.
- Liaison with External Providers: Act as the primary point of contact for external providers such as auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support additional financial projects as they arise.
