Job Description
\xc3\x98 Ensuring timely preparation and submission of management reporting as per requirement including but not limited to audited financial report, P&L, half yearly management account and yearly management account \xc3\x98 Prepare all financial data and analysis with insights derived from the numbers \xc3\x98 Provide regular update on company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow status to CEO \xc3\x98 Prepare financial analysis on monthly basis for operational meeting such as inventory liquor turnover rate, room turnover rate, the best selling promotional packages, cost control that link to our sales revenue, breakdown of morning and night shift revenue segment, categorise the source of revenue and more \xc3\x98 Coordinate with external audits and government bodies to prepare the necessary finance documents \xc3\x98 Provide timely and accurate financial information to enable the company to function effectively within the legal and corporate framework \xc3\x98 Look into strengthening current internal controls & process improvement \xc3\x98 Supervise, coach and manage team in ensuring smooth completion of all accounts related work
