This is a key Finance Manager appointment in Singapore with a digital consultancy firm. As the leading finance headcount in Singapore, you will lead full spectrum finance matters for a vast portfolio of clients in FMCG, hospitality sector.

My client is a digital consultancy firm offering innovative solutions to improve creative strategies via the use of unique software technology tools. The team is looking for a Finance Manager to support the company\'s growth ambitions, expecting double digit growth in the upcoming years.

Description

Reporting to the Group Finance Director based in UK, you will:

• Be responsible for full spectrum finance matters, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Business partner with sales and commercial team to pitch new contracts, increase profit margins of existing businesses
• Lead a team of AP, AR, finance executive, performing review of monthly close
• Sound application of revenue recognition accounting standards under IFRS principles
• Timely delivery of monthly management and financial reports, key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Introduce improvements to workflow processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Lead system improvement project to automate reporting, drive operational excellence

Profile

• Degree qualified in Accounting and Finance, qualified CA, CPA or ACCA holder
• Prior external audit experience combined with full spectrum finance experience in a commercial set up, at least 8 years of working experience
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, practise effective application of revenue recognition principle in technology/services set up
• Comfortable with matrix reporting, proactive and autonomous working styles
• Strong communication and presentation skills, previously held leadership position
