Prepare and drive regular discussions on pricing strategy and provide competitive pricing insights.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to establish effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and maintain pricing policies that align with company objectives, taking into account both short-term revenue goals and long-term market positioning.
Lead on-going pricing activities across all business units.
Develop and propose pricing for new services and products.
Develop and implement governance process for pricing filing with regulatory to ensure compliance.
Responsible for organizing a quarterly pricing committee meetings.
Conduct regular cost reviews and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement across different business functions.
Develop and implement comprehensive costing strategies, ensuring accurate assessment of costs and expenses for various products and services.
Prepare and present detailed cost analysis reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimizing pricing and cost management.
Stay updated with industry standards, regulatory changes, and market developments, and assess their impact on pricing and costing strategies.
Support automation and digital initiatives to assist in the objective of maximizing profit and improve productivity.
Any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree in marketing or business studies or finance with relevant experience in pricing / costing management
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Accounting System (preferably ACCPAC)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Prior working experience in healthcare sector is strongly preferred
