Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: $5500 to $6500 Full Time


Working Day: 6 days per week

Job Summary:


The Finance Manager oversees all financial and accounting functions of the nightclub, ensuring proper control of cash flow, revenue, expenses, and statutory compliance. The role supports management with financial planning, reporting, and cost control to maintain profitability and smooth business operations.





Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Accounting & Reporting


Manage full set of accounts including daily sales, vendor payments, and staff payroll. Prepare accurate monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Monitor bar, ticketing, and event revenues to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation. Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
2. Cash Flow & Cost Control


Track and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient fund for operations. Review supplier invoices, F&B purchase costs, and operational expenses. Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial efficiency.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting


Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Analyse financial results and highlight key variances to management. Support management in pricing, promotions, and event financial planning.
4. Compliance & Administration


Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting, tax, and employment laws. Handle CPF, IRAS filings, and licensing-related payments (e.g., liquor,
entertainment).


Maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory purposes Liaise with banks, suppliers, and authorities on financial matters.


Requirements:


Diploma in Accounting / Finance. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B or nightclubs Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations and taxation. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential financial information. * Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking boss and staff).
