Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:-
- To review the monthly financial and management reports on a timely basis.
- To review the monthly GST report for filing of GST return.
- To work with external auditor on the timeline for yearly audit to meet the KN group\xe2\x80\x99s
- To review required schedules/reports for yearly audit (including intercompany
- To liaise with tax agent and review computation for ECI and final filing of annual Tax
- To manage the preparation of company\xe2\x80\x99s budget including Cash flow report.
- To ensure full compliance with financial policies and procedures, and internal control
- To manage the finance team and oversee its daily operation.
- In addition, others related finance duties as required by the management.
Requirements:-
- At least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or other relevant professional certification
- Prior experience in preparing monthly consolidated financial reports for
- Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance
- Requires advanced skills in MS Excel. SAP and BPC skills and experience are
- Good command of English
- Good team leader, able to work well in a team and with people of different
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and work well
- Possess analytical thinking with attentive to details and meticulous
- Singaporean
