Job Description
Finance Manager
- 5.5 Days (Mon-Sat) -Saturday will be WFH
- 9am-6pm / 9am-1pm
- Ubi
- $6000-$7000
- Financial and Management Reporting
- Review month-end results for all entities and consolidate group results.
- Provide variance analysis for month-end results vs forecast.
- Ensure proper accounting as per requirement
- Responsible for all monthly close activities.
- Ensure all management reporting are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage accounting, reporting, audit and tax functions.
- Review profit and loss account and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Review and ensure that processes and policies are in place, are in compliance.
- Quarterly budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
- Oversee working capital and cash flow.
- Oversee foreign currency exposure.
- Any other ad-hoc reporting
- Problem solve and advise on Accounting and Operations issue, GST/WHT/VAT, etc.
- Degree in Accountancy with ACCA/CPA or other professional accounting qualifications
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience in supervisory role.
- Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Familiar with tax law in Singapore.
