The responsibilities of this role are:

• Accounts Management

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets.
• Financial Planning & Analysis

• Monitor and update financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Budget Management

• Lead budgeting processes, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to meet business objectives.
• Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow, manage AR/AP cycles, and maintain optimal cash balances.
• Compliance & Audit

• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Cost Control & Optimization

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices to enhance financial performance.
• Business Partnering

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a financial management role, preferably in a multinational or high-growth company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and BPC is an advantage.
• Meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team-oriented mindset.
