Working closely with renewable and affiliate finance team in Singapore and HQ, this role will assist with full spectrum of financial accounting, tax, statutory and other reporting for the legal entity TotalEnergies Renewables Asia Pte Ltd (TRA):

• Finance operations in TRA including accounting, tax, treasury, group reporting and inter-company rebilling and recharge.
• Coordinate with REN Paris and local affiliates on the recharge and rebilling processes
• Set up and prepare the multi-BU P&L monthly reporting (Management reporting) for TRA
• Prepare the quarterly consolidation reporting and group CAP reporting package
• Budgeting, Long Term Planning and other financial planning and analysis required in TRA cross REN business lines
• Monitoring the treasury line in TRA and the shareholder loan financing provided from TRA to other REN entities in the region
• Involve and support regional finance projects and initiative
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments management may request from time to time

Activities

• Degree in accounting/finance
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA)
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies
• Minimum 3 years of operational accounting relevant work experience
• Hands-on experiences of accounting systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of IFRS and respective Asia countries accounting, tax rules and regulations requirements
• Experience with renewable energy business is preferred
• Prior experience in Big 4 professional accounting firm is an advantage
