The company is looking for a standalone Finance Manager to be based in Tuas, to handle the entirety of the finance functions for the business unit. Company transport is provided from Jurong/Clementi MRT.

In Singapore, they have over 1,000 employees and serve as the regional headquarter for APAC. They are currently looking for strong talent to join their team for one of their global business units, based in Tuas.

Description

The company is looking for a standalone Finance Manager to handle the entirety of the finance functions for the business unit. The role\'s responsibilities would include:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting in US-GAAP
• Monitor financial operations and provide effective evaluation and observations when necessary
• Creating and monitoring manufacturing plant budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Serve as a key finance business partner to all other business units
• Assist with the reviewing of audit schedules and accounts reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with global accounting policies and measures
• Assist vendors and teams with tax preparation
• Consolidating and preparing statutory accounting reports for the organization
• Providing finance user improvement feedback for ERP system improvements
• Support on-going business analysis and ad-hoc requests

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or any related industries
• Minimum of 6 years of experience within a finance and accounting position
• Related qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA is strongly beneficial
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
• Past experiences within a similar finance management position would be strongly appreciated
• Analytical, detail-oriented and ability to work with lean deadlines
• Solid business partnering experience and presentation ability
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems would be beneficial
• Hybrid work arrangement, shuttle bus pick-up is provided to Tuas.
