Seeking a highly motivated professional to join the APAC Work Dynamic team as APAC Finance Manager of Work Dynamic Controllership. He/she will be given exposure to a wide spectrum of duties including supporting revenue recognition, external financial reporting, supporting implementation of accounting policies and conduct training. It is also an opportunity for individuals who seek to work with diverse cultures and management in 15 different countries in Asia Pacific.
Revenue Recognition
Project costing and control over working capital for business
Being a business partner and advisor to support accounting queries
AR monitoring and relevant controls including DSO calculation, retention monitoring, write off cases, credit note issuance
AP processing and monitoring cash position of the project, vendor advance controlling
Maintaining and effective Controls & Compliance environment
Working Capital Manager for the business line
Managing internal and external audits
Conduct account reconciliation periodically, ledger close activities, and provide accurate financial data to support management in decision-making.
Balance sheet reconciliations - timely tracking of unbilled, deferred, vendor advance and AP
Develop and recommend new processes for risk analysis to comply with SOX certification requirements.
Address accounting concerns share best practices and initiatives across Work Dynamics finance stakeholders.
Oversee and maintain internal control environment and assist in resolution of any accounting and internal control issues
