The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work within a leading air hub in Asia/ eCommerce business. The finance manager will be responsible for various aspects of day-to-day finance operations in Singapore & Malaysia. The incumbent will be a business partner with key stakeholders to deliver key finance and operations KPIs.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 5 years experience, ideally from a retail or e-commerce industry background
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

• Lead the annual budget planning and forecasting activities
• Monitor budget adherence and variances, and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget compliance and optimize resource allocation
• Preparation and reviewing of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for management at both the company and group levels on a timely basis
• Responsible for cash flow planning and management to ensure sufficient fund available as working capital for daily operations.
• Hands on responsibility for smooth running of financial operations, including but not exclusive to, payment processing, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivables and inventories management.`
• Preparation and filing of quarterly GST filing and annual corporate tax computation.
