Job Summary:

• Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
• Salary: $4000-$8000 + VB
• Location: Senoko Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing consolidated financial statements and its analysis, including liaison with entities on monthly reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Responsible for day-to-day running of the finance department.
• regulations to ensure that the accounting records are kept in line with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts for the HQ Company, subsidiaries and various related entities and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports
• To support the financial accounting team in monthly closing.
• To develop and update accounting policies to comply with statutory
• Review Tax returns and ensure compliance on all tax related matters including Corporate Tax, GST and withholding taxes
• Handle management reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting (including accruals), and cash flow projection
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant government authorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal control.
