Responsibilities: Responsible in handling statutory financial, accounting, tax, and management reporting and analysis for the rental asset business (UCPL). Responsible in leading and developing the finance team for the accounting of the rental asset business. Responsible in ensuring that the rental assets and customer deposit liability are correctly accounted for. Responsible in carrying out financial analysis on rental asset business on its assets and liabilities. Responsible in investigating significant discrepancies in relation to the rental asset business. Responsible in evolving routines, processes and system utilization to ensure improved quality and efficiencies in financial processes. Responsible in handling business team in various financial aspects of the company, including financial analysis of rental assets business (assets and liabilities). Responsible in supporting business team to ensure that the financial strategy is aligned with corporate financial strategy and rental asset business strategy.
