Job Description

With a footprint spanning Asia and an annual turnover of ~USD 77 million, we're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the charge in operational finance, reporting precision, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings rigor to the numbers, and sees transformation as a team sport.





Responsibilities:





Lead full set accounts: ensuring timely payments, collections, and reconciliations with zero surprises. Oversee valuation, costing, and stock aging to drive smarter decisions and tighter working capital. Align purchasing with budget controls, enforce PO discipline, and elevate supplier finance conversations. Manage WHT (Withholding Tax) filings and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations across jurisdictions. Monitor and assess asset impairment risks, ensuring timely recognition and alignment with accounting standards. Deliver monthly and annual financials with audit-ready accuracy and full regulatory compliance. Embed financial insights into daily execution--partnering with ops to turn data into action. Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team while contributing to broader strategic and transformation initiatives.



Requirements


5-8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in retail or wholesale distribution Fluency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Xero) and advanced Excel wizardry Strong communications skills and track record of leading teams and rolling up your sleeves across operational finance
