Job Summary:

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Salary Range: $4000 - $5500
• Overseas Business Trip Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and collaborate with subsidiary management teams to analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management meetings at subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of information.
• Conduct regular visits to subsidiaries (at least once a month) to attend management meetings, build relationships with local teams, and gain insights into local market dynamics.
• Serve as a liaison between headquarters and subsidiaries, facilitating communication, alignment of goals, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Forecasting, budgeting, planning, and costing processes for company and its subsidiaries to provide business support and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial risks, and provide recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risks within the subsidiaries\' operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the subsidiaries, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize value creation across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business consulting, or related roles, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to subsidiaries (once a month or more) to attend management meetings and build relationships with local teams
