Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated professional to join their investment management team to support fund and portfolio company operations across Asia. The role involves financial reporting, transaction support, and coordination with various internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing portfolio company and fund-level financial reports and related analyses. Support valuation reviews and coordinate with auditors. Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist with regional cash management needs. Review transaction and investment documentation to ensure compliance. Support preparation of materials for internal and investor meetings. Assist with investor reporting, due diligence requests, and co-investment tracking. Coordinate with internal accounting, tax, and treasury teams on investment processes and structuring matters. Provide support for entity management, including documentation and bank account administration.

Requirements:

* 5 - 10 years of experience in accounting or finance with exposure to private equity or investment management.
