Finance Officer
Working Location: Ubi
Working Time: 5 days: Monday-Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare daily sales records and create invoices.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Prepare ad hoc payment process run.
- Support the month-end accounting closing activities and month-end/year-end closing report.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Involve in the preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist and liaise with various departments in any accounting related issues and queries.
- Perform any ad-hoc accounting/financial tasks as assigned.
