The incumbent will assist the Accountant in all Finance/Accounting Operations within the Company.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Prepare daily sales records and create invoices.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Prepare ad hoc payment process run.
Support the month-end accounting closing activities and month-end/year-end closing report.
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
Involve in the preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
Assist and liaise with various departments in any accounting related issues and queries.
Perform any ad-hoc accounting/financial tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Possess minimally a Nitec/Higher Nitec in Accounting / LCCI/ CAT or related discipline
1-2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivables
Competent in MS Office & Excel
Prior Exposure and knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
