Execute business-as-usual (BAU) activities for local courier services, ensuring efficiency, operational resiliency, and positive stakeholder experience.
Ensure compliance with the Bank\'s cost control policies, exercise due diligence in payment processes, and manage local courier services expenditures.
Validate invoices, process demand data, and submit data to Finance for expense charge-out and payment processing to ensure accuracy and minimize outstanding payments.
Perform data analytics on demand and payment status to contribute to financial activities such as accruals and budgeting for local courier services.
Act as primary operations contact, addressing user queries, assisting with requests, and guiding users on local courier service procedures.
Promote consistency and user self-service, leveraging digitalization to optimize operational support and reduce client intervention.
Support the automation of operational procedures, including implementing a digital platform for service requests and workflow processing.
Establish and maintain category-specific procedures, user guides, and service catalogues, and encourage users to adopt self-help resources on the intranet.
Ensure timely submission of monthly service performance reports by courier vendors, monitor trends, and engage vendors to address issues.
Monitor third-party service partners to ensure consistent service delivery per agreements and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to courier service delivery, demonstrating accountability and ownership.
