• Manage Asia Pacific and Africa region FX exposures to mitigate FX risks
• Formulate FX and Interest Rates views and trends, update daily currencies and macroeconomics news/ outlook, track daily FX rates and movement, monitor key economic data releases and its impact on FX, perform FX analytics for weekly reporting, and provide analysis to support hedging decisions
• Perform FX and Interest Rates forecasting, conduct hedge cost/benefit analysis, formulate Risks Management solutions and hedging strategies
• Manage Interest Rates risks for underlying exposures such as loans
• Responsible in implementing Risks Management solutions and ensure subsidiaries follow through
• Execute FX and Interest Rates contract related to portfolio level hedging, trades and loans
• Act as an advisor for subsidiaries on managing their FX exposures pertaining to their trade business and cash balance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting and presentation deck in Mandarin
• Strengthen FX and Interest Rate hedging policies and Risks Management framework
• Streamline and automate operational processes and work flows
• Liaise with Cash Management, Loan, Trades, Commodities and Finance department for various initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Finance/ Business Management with 1-2 years of FX, Interest Rates, Risks Management experience
• Candidates without experience but are willing to learn are welcomed to apply.
• Well-versed in FX and Interest Rates products
• Excellent command in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, pro-active, team player, independent, critical thinker, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
