Operational Oversight & Process Improvement

Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for optimal financial stability.
Implement cost management strategies to improve profitability.
Track key operational metrics to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Support capital-raising, investment, and financing initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory standards.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Oversee audit processes and corporate governance practices.
Lead due diligence and integration for M&A and investment activities.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators for transparency and compliance.
Business Performance & Transformation
Provide data-driven insights and financial modelling to support decision-making.
Conduct scenario analysis and performance reviews to guide strategy.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across finance and operations.
Partner with management to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Serve as key liaison between the Board, external partners, and internal teams.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and operations team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and authorities.
