• Make sure that merchants' contracts are correctly coded into the system
• Check and verify merchants billing in preparation for weekly disbursements
• Manage merchants' weekly payouts/disbursements
• Liaise with the technical team for merchants with auto disbursements arrangements
• Prepare payments in the bank portal for approval of the Finance Manager for merchants with manual disbursements arrangements
• Monitor merchant disbursement account balances
• Work with the finance team to process credit notes for merchants' monthly rebates
• Upload and post merchant bills and invoices into the accounting system
• Send monthly invoices and credit notes to merchants
• Investigate and reply to merchants' billing and disbursement queries
• Process ad-hoc credit notes/invoices for merchants
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Who we're looking for

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• Experience in analysing a large volume of data and transactions
• Experience in the tech services industry will be an added advantage
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are desirable
• Open-minded, eager to learn and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High integrity and able to work independently
• A committed team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to start work on a short notice
• Eligible to work in Singapore as the company is not able to sponsor work visa for overseas candidates
