We are hiring a

Finance Operations Manager

to manage daily financial operations, treasury flows, reconciliation, and settlement processes across global business entities. This role covers

multi-currency fund flows (including fiat and digital assets)

, cross-border payments, internal control improvements, and finance automation projects. The Finance Operations Manager will ensure funds are secure, settlements are accurate, and processes are efficient, while partnering with business teams to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury & Settlement Oversight

Manage daily cash and fund transfers across global banking and payment partners. Oversee settlements with counterparties, custodians, and service providers. Supervise user payment flows (inflows/outflows), ensuring speed and accuracy. Deliver regular reports on cash flow, settlement status, and liquidity positions.

2. Reconciliation & Variance Resolution

Lead reconciliation processes across:

Bank accounts and PSPs


Wallets and custody accounts


Internal platform ledgers and transaction records


External vs. internal settlement flows
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies through structured reporting. Collaborate with technology teams to automate reconciliations and implement visualization dashboards. Establish exception handling and escalation procedures.

3. Process Optimization & Controls

Refine financial workflows for payment approvals, fund transfers, and expense management. Implement strong internal control policies to safeguard fund flows.

4. Business Partnering & Collaboration

Partner with risk, compliance, operations, and product teams to address finance and settlement issues. Support new initiatives by designing settlement workflows and financial processes. Provide actionable insights to improve financial transparency.

5. Team Leadership

Manage and mentor finance operations staff, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance. Build team capability in reconciliation, settlement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.

7+ years of finance operations, treasury, or settlement experience

in fintech, payments, multinational enterprises, or high-growth platforms. Knowledge of multi-currency treasury, cross-border payments, and settlement operations; exposure to digital assets is a strong plus. Strong understanding of reconciliation workflows and issue resolution. Familiarity with ERP/finance systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, TMS) and analytical/reporting tools. Fluency in English and Chinese, with proven ability to operate in international environments. Leadership experience in managing finance operations teams.

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with international bank accounts and treasury operations. Exposure to blockchain monitoring or API data integration is advantageous. * Experience implementing automation or large-scale finance systems.
