The Opportunity

- It is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Ops Manager (Credit & Payment) to join their team
- Office Location: Pasir Panjang
- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as the bank\'s representative on regulatory issues.
The Talent
- Minimally 2-3 years of solid managerial experience, preferrably in the insurance banking industry
- Strong experience in Finance Operations and UAT
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven organizational negotiation and influencing skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential
- Knowledge of AS400 systems is a definite advantage
