The Opportunity

Opportunity to join a renowned organisation in the Real Estate Industry. We are looking to hire an Assistant Marketing/ Community Manager to support the local engagement and marketing for a smart building app!

Location: CBD

Salary: Up to 7k (Subjected to experience)

The Talent

Min 2 years of relevant marketing or community engagement experience.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.



To develop and execute Community Engagement Plan with the objective to engage the Community within a smart building application.

To curate promo/deals/events and activities as platforms and tools for community engagement (from the Community)

Partner/collaborate with stakeholders (Government, Key Opinion Leaders, Industry) To create collaborative events and initiatives.

To manage all forms of marketing communications, including developing content to support related campaigns.

To propose and leverage on technology to develop and manage community networks

To seek strategic opportunities and innovation in the development of new offerings

To use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of the campaign and programme.

To acquire and onboard new tenants and partners onto the Marketplace

To develop pipeline of potential tenants and service providers

To structure and negotiate commercial deals (Lunch Set, Festive)

Provide end to end partner and merchant support and resolve any business ops issues (finance, listing etc)

Curate promo/deals/ campaigns (from Merchant)
