Join the winning team now!Work you\'ll doA team player to the Controlling Function of Deloitte Consulting South East Asia (\xe2\x80\x9cDSEA\xe2\x80\x9d), the incumbent is responsible for accounting, controls, statutory and tax reporting matters of our Singapore entity.Responsibilities:Support Finance Operations team on daily operational matters in the areas of management and statutory accounting which entail:

• Client & interfirm billings.
• Knowledge in Singapore tax regulations.
• Manage operational processing relating to payment cycle example processing and payment of invoices and staff claims.
• Coordinate with shared services centre to support the smooth processing of outsourced tasks.
• Tracking and reconciliation of various financial transactions in the areas of accounts payable, inter firm and inter company payables.
• Ensures accounting and tax compliance with local and government requirements.

Work requirementsRequirementsExperience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting with at least 6 years working experience in related background.
• Experience with bookkeeping practices.
• Good administrative & organisational skills.
• Attention to details and ability to detect irregularities.
• Able to prioritise work efficiently with communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Must display professionalism, confidence and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
