Our Client:

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of rapid light-curing materials and equipment. They are actively looking to hire a Finance Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Maintain and fully in-charge of AP function
• Assist in annual audit, assist in annual budget & quarterly forecast
• Check and process payment and accrual entries generate adjustment entries
• Assist to prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets during month end closing
• Prepare balance sheet schedule after monthly closing
• Prepare and distribute department variances report on timely basis
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast
• Asia financial related matters, i.e. monthly reporting
• Maintain proper filing of documentation and records
• Perform ad hoc projects as and when required

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance fields
• Audit experience 1 - 2 years good to have
• Minimum 3 years of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; familiar work in Global Corporations
• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, make recommendations, and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate manner
• Demonstrate ability to make appropriate business decisions, drive to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in independent situations with minimal supervision
• Have excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven aptitude to work collaboratively with multiple team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, familiar with JDE EnterpriseOne
