About the role:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our Finance team. This is a newly created role to help support the full spectrum of finance function in accordance with local statutory requirements and corporate policies.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the General Ledger management, revenue management and accounts receivables
• Provide support for timely preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial reporting and reconciliation in accordance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance reports
• Provide support in audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Supports the finance activities such as billings activities with partners
• Be actively involved in other ad-hoc assignments or projects

You should have:

• A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional certifications (ACCA)
• Minimally 4 years of working experiences as an Accountant or Financial Analyst
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Xero & BI tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, etc and MS office
• Strong working knowledge with Singapore FRS and Income Tax Act etc
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
• A self-driven mindset and always eager to learn
